On the evening of September 18, The Miss Global Vietnam 2024 contest ended. Accordingly, contestant Duong Thanh Ha (22 years old) from Khanh Hoa surpassed 245 contestants to win the crown. The new Miss is 1m78 tall and is currently a student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.

The Miss Global Vietnam 2024 pageant took place at a time when the people in the North of Vietnam were dealing with the aftermath of storm No. 3, so the organizers reduced the scale of the semi-finals and finals, replacing the swimsuit competition with an ao dai competition.

The organizers and contestants also contributed to support the people in the North, hoping to soon overcome difficulties and build a new life.

In the final night, the contestants went through the ao dai, evening gown, and behavioral competitions to find the top 5 finalists. 

Inresponse to the question “If you are crowned, what will you do to spread your proud progress to the community?”, Duong Thanh Ha said (inVietnamese and English):"The proudest journey at The Miss Global Vietnam is to learn about the patriotic tradition at the Southeast Region Base Relic Site (Vietnam), the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs in the cause of national liberation.If I am crowned, I will contribute my efforts to community activities in health and education through cultural exchange activities, contributing to bringing Vietnam to the world and bringing the world closer to Vietnam".

This answer helped Duong Thanh Ha receive the highest award in the pageant.

The titles of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th runner-up were respectively awarded to the beauties Tran Di Linh (Dong Nai), Tran Chau My My (Long An), Vo Nguyen Gia Han (HCMC) and Duong Ngoc Anh (Bac Giang).
